I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right on the bus lines and close to the botanical gardens. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free toiletries provided. The dining options were also excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area available for guests to enjoy.

Spending my Christmas here was delightful. The hotel had spotless rooms and a friendly staff that made me feel very welcomed. The budget price included free breakfast that included eggs and bread. The location was perfect, it was near the bus line, taxi rides were cheap and there were many local resources. the parking garage was secure, and the swimming pool was a nice touch.

the beds were quite hard. , the restaurant and pool had odd hours and weren't open at convenient times.

The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was right on bus lines and close to various attractions. It was also easy to get to the Centro from here. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided good service. the hotel's breakfast was tasty, and there were a few facilities available to use.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is close to the bus terminal which made our weekend trip very easy. the staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests and were always smiling and welcoming which made us feel at home. Another plus point was the clean swimming pool where we spent a lot of time relaxing.

The internet connection was unreliable and disrupted our plans as we heavily relied on it for crucial last-minute adjustments. the restaurant did not offer a good variety of dishes, so we had to eat outside the hotel most of the time.

We appreciated the excellent location of this hotel, with easy access to public transportation that takes you straight to the city center and popular attractions. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
